Great customer service, staff always friendly. Technicians knowledgeable and explain all questions to a great satisfaction.

The consistency of professionalism, politeness and friendliness of all staff interacted with my mother at the practice was very much noticeable. Everyone was very patient with her as at her age of 91, and Sneh was gentle with her and explaining to her and waiting for it to be translated patiently.

From the greeting at reception to the end of my treatment I found all the staff to be exceptional in their professionalism while keeping warmth and empathy with me.I had Chris for my hygiene appointment and he clearly explained all the process including the new air flow stain removal which I chose to have. Chris and the nurse worked well together to deliver a great gentle and effective treatment - a credit to the practice. I also got some great advice re brushing and keeping on top of my dental hygiene.

All staff are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The dentist that I see takes great care in explaining things thoroughly. I particularly like the way I am given options about my treatment / offered a conversation about it and am never rushed into decision making.

My dentist, Sneh Punjabi, explained the need to check the health of my cracked tooth to ensure there was no need for an immediate crown.The reception staff were, as always, friendly and very helpful.
