  • Whiten to your desired shade using your bespoke trays
  • you carry out the whitening treatment in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you
  • Whiter teeth in a few weeks!

At your first appointment we will assess your smile and take impressions of your teeth. At your next appointment we will fit your trays and show you what to do. You should wear the whitening trays for 30 to 40 minutes during the day, or overnight whichever suits you. It will then take about 2 to 4 weeks to achieve a lovely white natural smile.

power (Zoom) whitening

Power whitening is ideal for anybody looking for immediate results. A power treatment normally takes 2 hours depending on your desired shade and is carried out in the dental chair. It is also followed up at home with bespoke trays and gel.

The treatment is assisted with a power light which activates the whitening gel’s active ingredient.

how long will my teeth whitening last?

If you carry out the whitening as advised by your dentist you may need to do just a few nights every one or two years to give the teeth a little boost. If you drink lots of tea, coffee, red wine or cola drinks your teeth may darken slightly more. Smoking in particular will darken your teeth again.

is teeth whitening suitable for me?

Yes, teeth whitening is suitable for everybody over the age of 18. Natural tooth structure responds well to whitening.

does it hurt?

No, teeth whitening doesn't hurt but it can cause sensitivity in some cases. If this arises we do have some products that can alleviate the symptoms.

will it damage my teeth?

No, teeth whitening will not cause any damage to the tooth structure. In fact, whitening was first introduced when gum specialists found that not only was the treatment helping with gum disease it was also whitening the teeth.

is teeth whitening safe?

Yes, whitening your teeth is safe and very effective. Even the healthiest of teeth darken with lifestyle and age. Safety studies have shown that teeth whitening using the dentist prescribed whitening techniques are perfectly safe on the teeth, cheeks, gums and soft tissues of the mouth.

We follow all the latest techniques as set out by the British Dental Bleaching Society and comply with both the EU & UK laws. Bleaching gel is only legally available through registered dental practices, and teeth whitening can only be carried out by dentists and those on the dental register.
